1. Agreement to Terms

By browsing LWTSolution or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and partners of Tanarix Private Limited.

2. Service Quotations

Quotations provided by our cost calculator or during consulting sessions are estimations valid for 30 days. Final project pricing and deliverables will be locked inside a formal signed agreement.

3. Payment Milestones

Development projects are divided into structured milestones. Client portal access and source code keys will be handed over strictly upon full completion of payments.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

Any legal issues or claims regarding our agency services or legal entities will be resolved under the jurisdiction of West Bengal courts.
