Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Consultation Bookings

Consultation schedules and strategy booking calls can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the slot. No fees are charged for rescheduling.

2. Development Milestones

For custom website, app, or CRM development projects, payments made for completed design or development milestones are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-phase, only the uninitiated milestone budgets can be returned.

3. Ad Budgets

Third-party fees (such as Facebook Ads or Google Ads media spend) are paid directly to Google or Meta and are non-refundable. LWT management setup fees are locked to campaigns deployment efforts.

4. Resolution Process

Please contact our support coordinates at tanarixofficial@gmail.com to file refund inquiries or dispute claims. Resolution takes up to 7 business days.
